Returns Policy

We strive to ensure that you are fully satisfied with every purchase you make at RockRollnSoul.com.

RETURN POLICY:

Items purchased from rockrollnsoul.com are eligible for a full refund, store credit or exchange if returned within 30 days of purchase.
You have the option to pre-pay for your return label at checkout, or the return label amount will be deducted from the refund.

We only accept returns for purchases made through RockRollnSoul.com

All returns MUST meet the following criteria:

Unworn

Unwashed

All tags must be attached

All accessories must be included (i.e., belts, etc.)

No perfume or other scents

No human or animal hair

No rips or tears

No other signs of being worn

No COD (Cash/Check on Delivery) packages will be accepted

Failure to return merchandise as listed above may result in the return being rejected and returned to the customer without credit. You will be contacted via phone and/or email if your return is being rejected. Your return will be sent back to the shipping address on your original order.

You may also be charged a $13 rejection processing fee for all rejected returns.

RockRollnSoul.com will not accept or assume return shipping costs for merchandise.
Please allow 3-5 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.

PROCESSING TIME:
If your return is initialized within the 30-day timeline specified above; your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days upon return. We will refund you the amount of the original receipt including any tax; sorry, but shipping charges cannot be refunded. We are only able to issue your refund in the same form of the original payment. Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for refund to be reflected on your statement.
Your bank may require additional days to process and post the refund to your account.
EXCHANGES:
Exchanges ship free.
If you would like to process a FREE Exchange for a different size or color, please fill out the returns & exchanges form HERE
Once we receive your return, we will credit your account following the process specified above.
After 1 exchange all sales are final.
